Olen toiminut koko työurani ajan rakennusalan perheyrityksessä. Olen aktiivinen järjestötoiminnassa paikallisella, kansallisella ja kansainvälisellä tasolla. Hallitustyöskentely erilaisissa osakeyhtiöissä on tuttua monien vuosien ajan. Olen myös mukana Hämeen hallituspartnerien toiminnassa. Lahdessa toimin tällä hetkellä tapahtumayhtiö Eventum Lahti Oy:n hallituksen puheenjohtajana.
